Polytron Indoor Sewerage
Polypropylene sewer pipes and fittings are used for internal piping in sewerage systems in residential, administrative and industrial buildings as well as in internal downpipe systems for buildings up to 10 m high. Polypropylene pipelines ideally meet the specifications of operating standard SP 40-102-2000. Our plant's products complies with TU 2248-043-00284581-2000 created on the basis of DIN 19560.
The design service durability of Polytron sewerage pipelines is at least 50 years.
As compared to cast-iron pipes, polypropylene pipes have increased chemical resistance, no corrosion and sectional encrustation, are easily handled and stored, and have small weight and smooth surface. The pipes and fittings have a slip-joint structure and are completed with special double-lobe O-rings, which increases speed of installation 5-6 times as much and provides high reliability and tightness of joints.
Polypropylene and propylene copolymers as well as products made of them emit no toxic substances into the environment, and they have no unfavorable effect upon human body.
The fire hazard indicators of polypropylene pipes and fittings are as follows:
• flammability group G3;
• ignitability group V3;
• smoke-forming ability D3;
• combustion products toxicity Т2.

Polytron Outdoor Sewerage
Until recently, outdoor sewerage systems widely used mainly such materials as steel, cast iron and steel concrete. But now, conventional materials are gradually being replaced by up-to-date materials. Polymer materials have a number of tangible advantages, the most essential of which are total absence of corrosion, long service life, elasticity and lightness.\
The plant produces outdoor sewerage pipes for different service conditions. The Polytron smooth pipes for outdoor sewerage are used in places where there are no heavy loads on the ground, for instance, sidewalks and green zones. The Polytron ProKan corrugated pipes have increased round hardness SN8, which enables to lay them in places with increased load, for instance, under highways.

PRO AQUA Polypropylene Pipes and Fittings
Polypropylene pipelines are suitable for all known types of laying: open laying, under plaster, in mines and channels, channelless laying in soil and other types. Connection of plastic parts is made using special equipment and the method of thermal welding into the socket; connection of plastic parts with metallic parts is made using combined and flanged parts. Special parts combined with metal, stop valves and fittings allow combination of polypropylene pipes with other systems and construction of almost any schemes.

Polytron Polyethylene Pipes
Polyethylene pipes are resistant to effects of water solutions of acids, alkalies, salts, and many organic solvents. Polyethylene pipes are not designed for transporting concentrated acids.
The pipes are completed with compression-type fittings, which enables to install systems quickly, reliably and without special equipment. The pipes and fittings have high mechanical strength and chemical resistance, small weight and service life up to 50 years.
